Comfort Assured did an install for me today and it was flawless! The techs he sent were very professional and friendly! They did an amazing job in half the time I thought it would take. Eric was very friendly and answered all my questions immediately! I highly recommend them!

These guys were great. Our HVAC’s compressor went down, we called Eric and came out the next business day(Monday). He was very knowledgeable and straightforward with me when explaining the work and the easy financing options they were able to offer. He helped us through the process and we got approved that afternoon. His crew came to our house late in the afternoon and worked well into the night to ensure our system would be up and running before the forecasted heatwave. We couldn’t be happier after working with these guys.

These guys did an excellent job. Started Friday morning and worked through the weekend. Finished up Monday evening and our basement was cleaner Monday evening when they left than it was Friday when they started. I would definately recommend them they were very nice and did a great job. Comfort Assured walked into nothing short of a mess with my unit. It was about 30 years old and the heat pump was wired to not produce heat, but to communicate with the gas furnace and to automatically turn it on then push air through it.

I had been calling around for nearly a year trying to get someone to even come look at it to see what kind of repairs could be done, how to unhook the gas and still have heat, etc. Everyone I called previously wouldn’t even talk to me once I explained, much less come look at it. I decided a month ago to just replace the entire thing, and called around for quotes. Eric was the only person I had come to the house and check it out for a more accurate quote—and he quoted me lower than the other contractors I had spoke with over the phone DESPITE finding more work to be done than expected. I won’t go into everything that had to be done, but it was about ten days total between paying the down payment and placing the order and having everything installed and ready to go, which was very reasonable all things considered.

They were very good about talking to me about what they were doing, let me watch what they were doing the times I was home when they were there, and answered any questions I had, as well as unhooked the gas lines to the house for me (good thing too since they confirmed I had a gas leak!), hauled off some extra scrap metal (some old unit pieces that weren’t even connected), and gave me some general advice about other problems with the property. They really went above and beyond what could have been expected of them.

I was very pleased with their service. I can’t speak for durability since everything was just finished yesterday, but they made the entire process easy for me and so far as good!
